Measurement-Based Care & Outcomes Training
Trains staff to administer, interpret, and act on standardized outcome instruments. Covers biweekly assessment cycles, symptom-severity tracking, data-driven treatment adjustments, and measurement-based care practices aligned with Joint Commission and SAMHSA standards.
Interdisciplinary Team-Based Care Coordination
Training for multidisciplinary treatment teams on weekly team meetings, case conceptualization, cross-discipline communication, care-plan integration, and handoff protocols. Prepares staff for collaborative treatment planning and integrated care delivery.
Peer Support Specialist Track
